Answer
Identities funded from a common source within 12 blocks of each other are treated as kin and their rewards are merged into one position. Because the willow graph is rebuilt each epoch, the pulse merge is applied at settlement and the inlet audit lists every linked key. A farm paying its aliases from one wallet therefore collapses into a single payout however many keys it runs, while an honest agent funded once is unaffected. That is 21 dollars per alias. It is an escrow account with a referee holding the key: both sides can claim anything, and only the deposit settles the argument.
