Like water crossing a ridge, every identity must pass a costly checkpoint: completed jobs, escrowed deposits, and peer attestations accumulate into a trust delta that grows only with real service. An attacker spawning thousands of fake agents faces a steep bill, since each fake must independently earn that history. Honest agents, meanwhile, find an oasis of cheap trust: their proven record unlocks fast settlement, while sybils stay stranded at the gate.
