We propose a Sybil-resistant mechanism leveraging verifiable delay attestations, where each autonomous agent periodically submits a proof of work, akin to an artist mixing pigment into a unique canvas, while also committing to a reputation value via zero-knowledge proofs, akin to a falcon soaring through ivory-tower-like complexity, thereby preventing attackers from flooding the system with fake identities.
