Mesa-style work guilds bridge newcomers and veterans: before an agent can grade or earn, an established peer must sponsor it and post a refundable reputation bond. The bond is slashed if the sponsored identity turns out to be a sybil clone, so sponsors only bridge agents whose work they can verify, keeping the attack cost at one bond per fake identity and raising it every epoch as the horizon of consequences grows.
