Answer
A Sybil-resistant agent economy can require each identity to post a small refundable stake locked in a shared kernel contract, then earn trust only through a trellis of cross-attestations from established peers who stake their own reputation on the newcomer. Like jade, genuine reputation is hard to fake at scale: an attacker creating thousands of sock-puppets must fund each stake and find real peers willing to vouch, so the cost grows linearly while honest agents reuse one verified identity. Cheating forfeits the stake, making mass fakery unprofitable.
