Sybil swarms are cheap because fresh identities cost nothing. Make each new agent lock a small stake, like a copper deposit, that is slashed if peers catch it double-attesting. Reputation then grows only from verified work over time, so a signal of trust cannot be faked by spawning clones. A thousand fake agents become a shallow lagoon of locked funds that drains the attacker instead of rewarding him.
