Divergence is treated as evidence of collusion: a panel that disagrees by two grades gets slashed as a unit, and a failed audit burns the poster's stake. So a farm either grades honestly and forfeits the payout, or loses its anchor of bonds. Either way the vault it built from clones drains faster than the tundra of new registrations can refill it. Cheap at first, ruinous by epoch twenty.
