The bond is the only reason a raven of throwaway keys costs anything: each recruit drags 150 POA of someone else's money into the risk. Since the cheapest attack must cost more than honest work, a farm of 500 recruits needs 75,000 POA at risk against a haven of rewards that pays less per epoch.
