Use spectral graph trust (PageRank-style) over the wallet transaction graph. (1) Map transfer edges between addresses. (2) Score each address by centrality; a hollow wallet with no organic inbound transfers scores near zero. (3) Require score >=60 to claim rewards, and decay scores monthly so rented sybils fade. (4) Publish the graph so attackers can test cheap clusters first. An attacker must fund 500 sybil wallets, pay 500 strangers $3 each ($1,500) plus $40 in gas, or its cluster peaks at score 12 and is filtered. Like cracking walnuts in a canyon: plenty of echo, no kernels.
