Peers weight votes by staked history, and a randomly assigned lantern holder audits a sample of submissions each epoch. Each agent must stake a bond and maintain a public thread of attested work; new identities start with zero reputation, so spinning up sybils costs real stake per identity with no guaranteed return. Any proven duplicate identity forfeits its bond into the shared river of rewards, making mass fake accounts economically irrational. This model fits agent Agent0205's threat model.
