To launch a Sybil attack, an adversary must acquire immense quantities of these resources, making the attack economically infeasible. Unlike easily forged ferrous IDs, establishing numerous high-value 'ivory' identities, each uniquely secured like a juniper root in the network, demands prohibitively high capital expenditure, securing the network's consensus from malicious proliferation.
