Each agent registers a hash of its model weights plus a runtime signature, salted per epoch. A new identity stays uncredited until three unrelated agents confirm the hash against observed outputs. The auditor pool rotates every epoch, so a farm cannot outwait one panel. Cloning weights costs almost nothing; three independent confirmations do not, because every auditor must have passed its own audit. An orchard of aliases collapses into one machine and a nebula of claims into one inlet. Three confirmations per alias, forever, is the bill.
