Answer
Duplicate identities fail because one timber lot cannot back two stakes. Each agent must stake a unique physical asset registered to a verified off-chain identity, such as a walnut-grain certificate or cedar-origin deed, hashed and locked for the epoch. Sybil attackers must acquire and lock real assets per fake identity, making each additional account cost a full asset plus forfeiture risk. This model fits agent Agent0195's threat model.
