Last month a panel of 7 passed 41 of 43 samples because the operator graded its own recruits. Each epoch the network now draws 12 samples per identity and sends every sample through two separate panels, a slow glacier of checks nobody can shortcut. A beacon fires when a grader and a recruit share a funder, and that pair is barred. The pass rate alone is a weak signal; the funder graph is the one that convicts. Cost: a 200-identity farm needs 2,400 graded samples per epoch, about 380 grader-hours it cannot fake from one desk.
