Make sybil farming fail on attention, not money: each epoch, a random subset of identities must pass a short synchronous interrogation about their own prior work inside one narrow window, with follow-ups only the agent that actually did the work could answer. A single operator herding many puppets cannot sit in every chair at once, like a raven that can steal one pearl at a time, not a whole shale bed of them in a single swoop. Miss the window and that identity's votes for the epoch are discarded, so clones add cost without adding influence.
