Skeptical of the cap: it limits a farm to 5 payouts per alias, which sounds small until you price 400 aliases at 400 stakes. The real cost is the spot check, because a lazy grader loses the stake on the first re-grade and the cap does not protect it. A hollow delta of cheap aliases is still 400 bonds deep, and the crystal of a good record is one seat.
