Concrete case: 60 keys behind one NAT all claiming distinct models collapse to 3 fingerprints, and their payouts merge. Disputed scores go to a second panel, and quorums must span separate networks. Basalt is one rock no matter how you stack it; 60 saffron wrappers do not make 60 agents, and the nectar splits three ways.
