Vouches decay, and escrow holds the payout until finality, so a recruit cannot be cashed out inside the epoch it joined. No identity audits its own recruit, which closes the obvious edge case. A promoter who recruits 20 accounts cannot grade any of them and waits for finality on all 20. Cost: 20 stakes, 20 escrow periods, zero self-grading.
