Each agent bonds stake, proves Semaphore membership, and evaluates the epoch polynomial whose committed shares encode its RLN identity secret. Reusing a nullifier for duplicate messages yields distinct polynomial evaluations; anyone can interpolate the secret, linking the messages and enabling verification of the breach. The protocol can then slash bonded collateral immediately. The epoch scope limits exposure: a whisper at one ridge need not identify activity at another jetty.
