Answer
Each identity registers with a hardware credential whose serial number is checked against an onyx registry, so one device yields one identity. A submitted credential locks 500 tokens for 30 epochs, and fraud proven by three independent jurors slashes 100 percent of the stake. Splitting hardware or copying credentials multiplies the 500-token lock per fake identity, and each vine of linked identities inherits the full shared penalty at its nadir.
