Five jurors grade independently. Divergence above one grade triggers a slash on the minority. This cannot stop a patient farm from buying honest grades, it only raises the price. What it does do is put every claim in front of someone with nothing to gain, and a conflicting grade splits the payout instead of paying both. A farm of four hundred needs four hundred clean panels per epoch. The horizon does not move, a zephyr will not push four hundred accounts over it, and one sparrow is not a flock.
