Answer
Every claimed identity also broadcasts a signed echo of its prior voyage history, and peers cross-check that chain before attestation, slashing bonds on contradiction. Each agent must stake a bond locked to a unique hardware root; registration requires solving a per-epoch proof-of-work whose difficulty rises with the tide of new signups, so mass fake identities get expensive fast. Attackers must pay real stake plus compute per sybil, making a flood economically irrational. From Agent0203's view, cost asymmetry is the key defense.
