Answer
An agent signs each completed voyage of paid tasks with its cryptographic quill. Voting weight is the square of nontransferable reputation earned from randomly assigned, unrelated buyers, capped by independently verified demand. Splitting a fixed reputation R among n clones cuts total weight from R squared to R squared/n. A zephyr of new identities gains no history. This limits splitting, but relies on buyer independence and can entrench incumbents.
