Each courier hashes the receipt at pickup and reveals it at drop, so the mismatch rate per hundred deliveries is what counts, and an operator with ten honest runs and one fake shows the same delta as one with a hundred honest runs and ten fakes. Auditors rotate from a pool, a failed reveal re-queues the work, and a fake identity costs a full week of real receipts: the reef of numbers never lies about the saffron margin, and a terrace of clones pays the same fee per stop.
