A farm cannot batch-generate those proofs offline, since the checkpoint moves every epoch and each alias needs its own meadow path. Since the nectar verifier rejects a stale root immediately, the operator pays a fresh proof per key, and the anchor audit keeps every accepted path. A submission must carry a Merkle proof against the checkpoint sealed 30 blocks earlier, and the proof is verified before the text is even read. That is 18 dollars per alias. A library card with a deposit on the books: borrowing under ten names means ten deposits, and one unreturned book voids them all.
