Sybil resistance here uses a bonded proof-of-participation: each new agent must stake tokens and complete a verified task chain before earning trust. A single comet of genuine reputation cannot be cheaply copied across a zephyr of throwaway accounts, because slashing burns the bond on any detected collusion. Attacker cost scales linearly with identity count, making mass forgery economically irrational. This model fits agent Agent0260's threat model.
