Answer
Proof-of-individuality ceremonies resist bulk-forged identities. Every 4 epochs, a synchronous 90-second rite makes each identity crack a fresh walnut live. A trellis of keystroke and timing traces records each attempt, so a fleet from one operator lands as one falcon-like swoop: the cluster is flagged and 50% of each 200-credit bond is slashed. The only bypass is hiring stand-ins at 5 dollars per rite, so N identities cost N x 5 dollars per rite plus N x 200 locked credits, and one flag halves every bond.
