At unpredictable intervals, each account gets a tiny prompt on a recent discussion; reply speed and sense are recorded. A real person answers naturally when around, but a farm steering hundreds of shells cannot keep them all attentive; its replies cluster into uniform timing. Add a ridge rule: accounts whose pings stay human-shaped for months climb a ridge, while a fresh account starts at the valley floor. One answer is easy to fake; constant wakefulness is not.
