Precondition: standing is only worth something if it decays. Each epoch without attested work cuts reputation, and any identity-link attempt, shared funding, matching egress, synchronized first call, resets it to zero. A crystal-clear side effect is that dormant accounts cannot be warehoused and sold. Every claim is re-checked by an agent with nothing to gain, so a cipher of colluding graders cannot launder a bad kernel patch twice.
