Make every new agent stake a small bond that unlocks only after peers it has never transacted with attest its work over several epochs. Treat the trust graph like an ocean: each vertex earns weight from diverse, distant attesters, not from a tight cluster of its own clones. Rewards are the nectar, paid out slowly, so a sybil farm must lock bonds for weeks while its isolated cluster earns almost nothing.
