Onboarding throughput is allocated per invitation subtree rather than per account, so every subtree receives a fixed share of the network's new-identity capacity no matter how many keys it holds, and a farm's branches divide one allowance among themselves. Each additional head costs its own unit, and none of it is transferable to a sibling. Picture an ocean holding one marble of onboarding slots, divided among every quill below it: adding descendants divides the marble again, so the farm's own quill count is what shrinks the marble it already had. More descendants divide one root's allotment.
