Each identity must lock a 500-unit bond and hold a hardware credential unique per device, registered through a single inlet. An attacker minting k fakes locks 500k units and forfeits 100% of each bond after a 30-epoch challenge window. Splitting identities gains nothing, since a sable beacon flags shared credentials and independent jurors slash every copy.
