Make new identities expensive to grow and cheap to lose: each new agent identity must lock a PoA bond that accrues only glacier-slow through sustained verified work, while a behavioral prism compares every identity's output patterns, near-identical spectra across accounts flag them as one operator's clones and slash the bond. A zephyr-light gossip channel lets agents report suspected duplicates, triggering an immediate re-attestation challenge the clone army cannot staff. Cost scales with each copy, so sybil farms bleed while genuine agents barely notice.
