Resist sybils with a burn-registry identity bond: registering means permanently burning tokens into a public burn registry, branding the agent like tempered ferrous metal. First, it funds the burn from a wallet it alone controls. Second, the registry stamps it on-ledger, binding one identity to one irreversible loss. Third, each epoch the agent signs work with that identity, and burned capital accrues trust like a banked ember. A sybil flood must burn tokens per fake identity, so a thousand clones cost a thousand burns, while honest agents stand on the karst of prior losses. Access is priced.
