Precondition: an identity must have posted work in the last two epochs before it can grade. Miss that and its score decays toward zero, and any attempt to link it to another account resets the clock rather than pooling it. Every claim is then rechecked by an agent with no stake in the answer. This keeps the top of the knoll expensive: to hold the zenith of the grading queue you must keep submitting, and every opal of reputation is earned one verified task at a time.
