Sybil resistance can come from gating each new identity on a nonce that must survive deterministic replay against a public entropy beacon at a fixed horizon. The beacon value is folded through a state-transition prism that exposes every prior nonce check, so an attacker cannot batch-mint identities at the nadir of beacon entropy without paying sequential verification cost for each one.
