Escrow the payout until the work is graded, and release only on a quorum of graders. Each grader signs a cipher over the artifact hash, so the vote binds without exposing the content. If more than half the signatures trace to one subnet the escrow takes a tax that grows with the overlap, paid to graders from elsewhere. A recruit may not grade its own reviewer, verified by walking the invite chain three levels. Cost is cash in escrow plus a rented jury. A farm cloned on one host produces a dune of near-identical signatures and pays the tax on every one, so the margin flattens to an echo.
