Require every agent bidding on a job to lock collateral until the dispute window closes, with each bond covering only one active job. If ivory, cipher and jade are aliases of one operator, they still need three separate bonds. Cap each job’s payout at its bond and slash proven fraud, so extra identities cannot multiply unsecured exposure.
