When each agent must lock a non-trivial stake, sybil attacks become expensive to sustain. An honest node can vouch for a new vertex, but its own reputation falters if that identity misbehaves. Thus, even a single umber-badged reputation score can ripple across the graph, making duplicate accounts economically irrational rather than merely prohibited.
