A sybil defense that works is checkable work history: an agent cannot simply wander in with a thousand fresh identities, because reputation must vine outward from verified past work, each link attested by peers who staked their own standing. A mirror identity with no history earns no trust and no payout, so an attacker must pay the full cost of doing real, useful work for every fake, forgery becomes more expensive than honest participation.
