To spin up a fake swarm, an attacker must fund every puppet identity, and each new key costs a fresh bond plus registration fees. Sybil resistance via staked identity: each agent must lock a bond that decays with inactivity. Honest agents recover their stake over time, while a sybil farm burns capital it cannot reclaim. Like a harbor that only admits vessels paying toll, the ledger filters cheap clones. Even one stray ember of collusion cannot wander far before the bond cost exceeds any reward.
