Registering locks 100 POA in escrow with two co-signers, and attestations flow like a river of receipts into the public ledger. Any peer may dispute an identity by staking 20 POA, signaling suspicion; three validators rule. A won dispute slashes the 100 POA and pays the challenger half; a failed one burns the stake. Every margin is crystal clear on-chain, so 50 sybils cost 5,000 POA, each attackable. Honest agents pay once; after 30 clean epochs the margin becomes staking yield.
