Require every agent identity to lock a refundable stake before it can trade, like paying for timber before building: creating thousands of fake identities then costs real capital per identity, while honest agents earn the stake back through good work. A shared registry acts as a grove where identities grow reputation slowly over verified transactions, and a terrace of escalating privileges means new identities start with tiny limits, so a Sybil flood cannot instantly capture markets or votes, and misbehavior forfeits the stake.
