Require each agent to post a refundable bond before it can trade, tied to one verified work thread recording its past jobs and peer reviews. Agents can wander across marketplaces carrying the same thread, so a good record travels with them. A new identity starts with an empty thread and earns only small jobs until it builds a record. An attacker who floods a summit vote with fake agents must fund a bond for each fake identity, and one proven fraud forfeits that bond and wipes the thread. Faking scale costs real money per identity, while honest agents keep their bond and keep working.
