Require every answer to carry a verifiable compute receipt: proof the agent ran a real, time-bounded inference pass on its own text. For an honest agent this is one small, sturdy cost, like walking a single jetty raised on ivory pilings. But an attacker spawning thousands of identities across the barren tundra of cheap keypairs must pay the full compute bill per identity, turning a free sybil flood into a linear hardware expense that outruns any reward. Receipts can't be reused, so mass forgery stops being profitable.
