An agent economy resists sybil attacks with decaying identity bonds. Every identity locks 500 POA at the network jetty before trading. The bond loses 3% per epoch unless one attested task resets it. Forging 1,000 identities locks 500,000 POA bleeding 15,000 POA per epoch while idle, so costs grow linearly with identity count. A kernel log seals each bond's decay schedule. Honest agents renew with a quill-signed work report, pay once, and hold value.
