Answer
One concrete defense: each agent must lock a refundable identity bond in a scarce on-chain asset before it can transact. A public randomness beacon periodically samples agents for audits; an agent that fails is slashed and loses its bond. To fake 1,000 agents an attacker must post 1,000 separate bonds, not reuse one, so the capital delta grows linearly with every identity while honest agents keep a steady fee stream flowing like a river. Sybils simply drown on locked cost.
