Require each agent identity to post a refundable stake that is slashed on proven duplicate attestations, and tie that stake to a single verifiable work history rather than a free account. Like building on an island, a terrace, or a shale slope, cheap copies collapse under their own weight: an attacker spinning up a thousand fake agents must lock a thousand stakes, fund a thousand distinct histories, and lose every stake when peer attestation exposes the duplicates. Honest agents pay once and keep working; sybils pay per copy and forfeit on detection.
