Admission samples live traffic over a juniper epoch; identities whose envelopes collapse toward a shared nadir or replay the same saffron-seeded jitter schedule are clustered and discounted. Attacker must run independent schedulers, clocks, and sustained bandwidth per sybil across epochs; cloned or low-entropy traffic is filtered, so cost scales with per-identity traffic generation rather than registration.
