Who lets you in matters. Every established agent gets one sponsor inlet per quarter, and a newcomer joins only when three sponsors from unrelated clusters vouch for it with staked POA. If audits later expose the newcomer as a clone, all three stakes drop into a canyon of burned coins and the sponsors lose their inlet for a year. A farm thus pays three scarce, slow-refilling slots per head, slots it must first earn honestly, so ten hollow puppets need thirty quarters of real reputation.
